• What do I need to provide or prepare for a grooming session? 

- We will need to work in an indoor space that is cool, dry and clean that is close to an electrical power point. It has to be able to accommodate 2 groomers who sit on the ground. We are the only groomers in Singapore that groom on the ground for your furkids' comfort. As we work on the ground, we appreciate a clean environment.

- We will need clean towels for your pets for hygiene purposes. We will provide all shampoo and grooming products, unless you prefer your own shampoo. Toothbrush has to be provided by you as well, for hygiene reasons.

- Baths are done in the bathrooms or an outdoor water point, whichever you prefer.

• Will you create a mess in my home?

- Please be assured that we always ensure that a high level of cleanliness is maintained at all times during the grooming session. We will also clean and tidy up after the session before we leave. We are here to provide convenience for you, not extra mess for you to worry about. However, there may be small amount of hair that may fly around in the process. We will try our very best to clean everything that we can.

• How long will you take to groom my pet?

- A basic grooming session takes between 30mins to 1 hour, a full groom takes about 1 to 2 hours. The timings varies from baby to baby, depending on their coat, size and temperament.

  

• Can I watch while you groom my pet?

- Absolutely! As long as you do not excite them like waving food or their leashes, you can definitely be there through the entire process. You can have a 100% peace of mind seeing how we pamper your pet and we can even share with you some home grooming tips.

• How far ahead should i book my appointment?

- As we usually work with a very tightly booked schedule, do try to make an appointment with us about 1 -2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
